Once installed OutlookPoint will act as an add-on
in your Microsoft Outlook application. There you
will see an OutlookPoint item in the normal Outlook
menu bar. From there you can identify which folder(s)
to monitor. When this is done and an e-mail message,
calendar item, contact or note is inserted, updated
or deleted, OutlookPoint will copy this information
to its associated database.
Displaying this Outlook information in your PowerPoint
slide show can be done e.g. by using our DataPoint
Standard Edition tool.
