By using the MessagePoint Enterprise Edition you can easily open and update the shared presentation from its shared location. Once you save the presentation, the running MessagePoint clients will detect an update and copy that screen saver presentation locally and start the new presentation with the new and updated content.

If present, the linked information from external data sources is updated automatically, without user intervention, whenever a change at the data source is detected.
