After installation of the iPoint player software, a computer will always automatically start the iPoint player software, identified as a notify icon in your Windows taskbar. Depending on your startup settings (see Players > Runtime > ProgramType), it will launch the iPoint Viewer display accordingly.

In screensaver mode your Windows system will be responsible to start the iPoint Viewer as a screensaver after the screensaver idle timeout. With this mode selected, you have to set the screensaver to iPoint manually only once.

Set the screensaver to iPSS.

Changing the server connection

Right click the iPoint notify icon in the Windows taskbar and choose Settings. There you can change the server name and port number.

Ending the player software

To exit the player software just hit the Escape key. In case your iPoint software is running as a screensaver, the viewer playback will be ended by a key stroke or mouse movement.
